The service

Great Online Apps offers free online tools, web apps and daily puzzles. The tools and the games work without an account. The web apps use a free account, except Notepads, which also works without one.

Use it as it is

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without any warranty. Results from the tools are for general information. Calculators for loans, interest, health and body measurements give estimates, not financial, medical or other professional advice, so check important results before you rely on them.

Use it fairly

When you use the site, do not:

• break the law, or help someone else break it;
• store or share content that is illegal, hateful or harmful, or that infringes someone else’s rights;
• use invitations, shared lists or public links to send spam or to mislead people;
• try to get into accounts or data that are not yours;
• disrupt the site, upload malicious code, or send so many automated requests that it slows the site down for others.

Your account

Use an email address that you control, and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You can turn on two-factor authentication in your settings for extra protection. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password.

Your content stays yours

What you create in the apps, such as notes, lists, habits, countdowns and wedding invitations, belongs to you. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you, for example to show your published countdown to the people you share it with. You are responsible for having the right to use what you upload, such as photos.

Public links

Some things you make can be shared by link: a published countdown, a published wedding invitation and a public habit profile. Anyone with the link can see them, and people you share it with can pass it on. Do not put anything on a public page that you want to keep private. You can unpublish or delete it at any time.

Changes, suspension and ending your account

We may change, add or remove tools, apps and games, and we may change these terms. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the site or other people at risk. You can delete your account at any time in your profile settings; our privacy policy explains what that removes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profit or opportunity, that comes from using the site or from being unable to use it. Keep your own copy of anything important. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.
